Fruit Salsa


Salsa

Chop up any fruit you would like to use
Apple
Pears
Kiwis
Mangos
Strawberries
Blueberries . . .
Mix chopped up fruit in a bowl. The mixture will be pretty dry at first, but the juices from the fruit will slowly make the salsa runnier.
I also like to add a little bit of lemon juice to help stop browning of the fruit

Cinnamon Chips

Tortillas
Olive oil
Cinnamon
Sugar

Spread a little bit of olive oil on each tortilla shell. Mix cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on each tortilla shell. Cut up tortillas with a pizza cutter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 minutes.
